Joleen Olson, Customer Service Manager
Joleen Olson joined the in 2005 and is the Head of Customer Service. If there is any kind of a problem, either Joleen can fix it or knows who can, and she prides herself on the occasional troubleshooting and customer relations she enjoys as part of her job. Getting paid for talking on the phone all day to customers she wants to help–is Joleen’s Nirvana.
She has a great sense of humor and always enjoys a laugh or a joke. She enjoys the food contributions that make it around the office. With a philosophy of “TEAMWORK – you’re only as strong as the weakest link”, we are proud to have her as part of the Litin Team.
