What is paper converting?
Litin takes large mill rolls of various substrates like paper and rewinds them or sheets. We convert their form into either stock size rolls or sheets or into custom sizes of rolls or sheets. Most paper and film substrates are made into very large rolls at the mill or manufacturer. These rolls can weigh from 2,000 to 10,000 lbs. We convert them into usable sizes.

What is the largest size you can rewind? Smallest size?
Litin can provide rolls up to 100″ in width and as narrow as 1″ in width.
Why is paper converting so cost-effective for the buyer?
Substrates can be custom cut into sizes that fits the need rather than trying to take a stock size roll or sheet and make it work…this can lower labor cost, as well as, waste.
What’s the normal delivery on my paper converting order?
Stock converted items are available immediately while custom run items and sizes will take approx 4-5 days.
Do I have to order a much larger quantity for custom cut items ?
That can depend on the product but ,most items we have low minimums for custom cut product.
Will Litin deliver my order when its done, or do I have to pick it up at your dock?
Litin has local Twin Cities delivery and utilizes common carriers for regional or national deliveries. The option of picking up at our warehouse is also available.
